膜過濾技術優勢

膜是具有選擇性分離功能的材料，利用膜的選擇性分離實現料液的不同組分的分離、純化、濃縮的過程稱作膜分離。它與傳統過濾的不同在于，膜可以在分子或者離子范圍內進行分離，并且這過程是一種物理過程，不需發生相的變化和添加助劑。
膜的孔徑一般為微米級，依據其孔徑的不同（或稱為截留分子量），可分為不同的過濾膜，根據材料的又可分為無機膜和有機膜。

膜分離技術的優點歸納有以下幾點：
（1）在常溫下進行

特別適用于熱敏性物質，或者會高溫反應液體。過濾時亦不會有廢氣產生。

(2）無相態變化
保持原有的狀態，能耗極低，其費用約為蒸發濃縮或冷凍濃縮的1/3-1/8
（3）無化學變化
典型的物理分離過程，不用化學試劑和添加劑，濃縮物皆為液態。
（4）選擇性好
可在分子/離子級內進行物質分離，具有普遍濾材無法取代的卓越性能。

（5）適應性強
處理規?？纱罂尚?，可以連續也可以間隙進行，工藝簡單，操作方便，易于自動化
（6）能耗低
主要為液泵驅動，能耗極低，其費用約為蒸發濃縮或冷凍濃縮的20%

納米平面膜（NP）Nano plane membrane

納米平面膜是接近納濾之間的一種膜，膜孔徑最小達0.006um。納米平面膜是一種能夠將溶液進行凈化、分離、濃縮的膜分離技術。
納米平面膜之膜面為特殊塗層，呈中性或負電性，抗污染和親水性特佳?；瘜W淸洗時可投加專用海綿球增加機械擦洗，迅速回復通量，降低傳統洗膜時間久的弊病。納米平面膜能對大分子有機物（如蛋白質、石油類，細菌）、膠體、懸浮固體等進行分離，廢液的澄清、大分子有機物的分離純化，作為后處理工序最佳攔截。

These membrane tubes serve in the most difficult applications, easily managing high-suspended solids without plugging. Available in neutral or negatively charged chemistries, they offer excellent chemical resistance, high flux and easy cleaning in applications such as oily wastewater treatment, colloidal silica and kaolin clay or latex concentration, ink and pigment processing, and metal finishing separations.

離子級反滲透過濾膜（RO）Reverse osmosis membrane

我司釆用進口抗污型反滲透過濾膜。所有的離子，僅讓水透過膜，對NaCl的截留率在98%以上，出水為無離子水。反滲透法能夠去除可溶性的金屬鹽、有機物、細菌、膠體粒子、發熱物質，也即能截留所有的離子，在生產純凈水、軟化水、無離子水、產品濃縮、廢水處理方面反滲透膜已經應用廣泛。

We chose (RO) innovative low fouling membranes combines the attributes of a neutrally charged surface with hydrophilicity to achieve the lowest organic and colloidal fouling in the most demanding feed water conditions. Combining the attributes of a neutral surface charge and hydrophilicity, provides significant reduction in fouling rates increasing the membrane’s efficiency by restoring nominal performance after cleaning.

離子級多層碟片膜（MD）Multilayer Disc Membrane

多層碟片膜MD膜是平板膜組件技術領域的一大進步，其凈化能力是一般RO膜的3倍。其技術由德國引進，我們不斷深化改進而形成的系列產品并加入阿清斯雙過濾系統中。多層碟片膜MD組件在分離過程中，即使是在濁度和TDS指數均較高的情況下，它也能經濟、有效地運行。是實現純水和離子雜質分離的核心元件，廢水在水泵壓力下通過多層碟片MD膜片，再經過膜層之導流盆分離，液體在碟片式流道正/反“S”向流通，液體流經膜表面時與板面凸點碰撞時形成湍流，增加透過速率和自清洗功能，作用為防止膜面堵塞。

The（MD）Multilayer Disc Membrane is a great progress in the field of flat film component technology, and its purification capacity is three times that of the RO film in general. Its technology was imported from Germany, and we have developed a series of products and added them into the double filtration system of the academy. （MD）Multilayer Disc Membrane module is designed for liquid desalination and ion purification. In the separation process, it can operate economically and effectively even when both turbidity and TDS index are high.
