膜過濾技術優勢
膜是具有選擇性分離功能的材料,利用膜的選擇性分離實現料液的不同組分的分離、純化、濃縮的過程稱作膜分離。它與傳統過濾的不同在于,膜可以在分子或者離子范圍內進行分離,并且這過程是一種物理過程,不需發生相的變化和添加助劑。
膜的孔徑一般為微米級,依據其孔徑的不同(或稱為截留分子量),可分為不同的過濾膜,根據材料的又可分為無機膜和有機膜。
膜分離技術的優點歸納有以下幾點:
(1)在常溫下進行
特別適用于熱敏性物質,或者會高溫反應液體。過濾時亦不會有廢氣產生。
(2)無相態變化
保持原有的狀態,能耗極低,其費用約為蒸發濃縮或冷凍濃縮的1/3-1/8
(3)無化學變化
典型的物理分離過程,不用化學試劑和添加劑,濃縮物皆為液態。
(4)選擇性好
可在分子/離子級內進行物質分離,具有普遍濾材無法取代的卓越性能。
(5)適應性強
處理規??纱罂尚?,可以連續也可以間隙進行,工藝簡單,操作方便,易于自動化
(6)能耗低
主要為液泵驅動,能耗極低,其費用約為蒸發濃縮或冷凍濃縮的20%

納米平面膜(NP)Nano plane membrane
納米平面膜是接近納濾之間的一種膜,膜孔徑最小達0.006um。納米平面膜是一種能夠將溶液進行凈化、分離、濃縮的膜分離技術。
納米平面膜之膜面為特殊塗層,呈中性或負電性,抗污染和親水性特佳?;瘜W淸洗時可投加專用海綿球增加機械擦洗,迅速回復通量,降低傳統洗膜時間久的弊病。納米平面膜能對大分子有機物(如蛋白質、石油類,細菌)、膠體、懸浮固體等進行分離,廢液的澄清、大分子有機物的分離純化,作為后處理工序最佳攔截。

離子級反滲透過濾膜(RO)Reverse osmosis membrane
我司釆用進口抗污型反滲透過濾膜。所有的離子,僅讓水透過膜,對NaCl的截留率在98%以上,出水為無離子水。反滲透法能夠去除可溶性的金屬鹽、有機物、細菌、膠體粒子、發熱物質,也即能截留所有的離子,在生產純凈水、軟化水、無離子水、產品濃縮、廢水處理方面反滲透膜已經應用廣泛。

離子級多層碟片膜(MD)Multilayer Disc Membrane
多層碟片膜MD膜是平板膜組件技術領域的一大進步,其凈化能力是一般RO膜的3倍。其技術由德國引進,我們不斷深化改進而形成的系列產品并加入阿清斯雙過濾系統中。多層碟片膜MD組件在分離過程中,即使是在濁度和TDS指數均較高的情況下,它也能經濟、有效地運行。是實現純水和離子雜質分離的核心元件,廢水在水泵壓力下通過多層碟片MD膜片,再經過膜層之導流盆分離,液體在碟片式流道正/反“S”向流通,液體流經膜表面時與板面凸點碰撞時形成湍流,增加透過速率和自清洗功能,作用為防止膜面堵塞。
